About Seaside Pops!
Hi! My name is Ashley. My journey to Cape Cod began in Southern California, where I was born and raised until my early twenties. When I finally made the move out here, I knew right away that I had found home.
When my husband and I bought our house in East Falmouth, I fell in love with the idea of turning our little kitchen into something more, but I honestly didn't think it was possible. I assumed the size of our kitchen would rule out a cottage bakery altogether, and getting a permit felt like a long shot.
Then I discovered cake pops, and everything clicked. Suddenly the kitchen that felt too small for big baking dreams was exactly the right size for something else entirely: bite sized treats made with just as much love. I applied for my Falmouth Residential Kitchen permit, and once it was approved, Seaside Pops was born.
Now I get to do what I never thought I'd be able to do on Cape Cod: bake, create, and share something sweet with my community. Every cake pop that comes off our cart is a reminder that sometimes the smallest kitchens hold the biggest possibilities.
Come find us at 72 Seacoast Shores Blvd, East Falmouth, MA 02536, and taste the joy that almost didn't happen.
